We have collaborated with the wonderful chef and author Renu Bhardwaj (known on social media as Hey_Renu) to create this vibrant and beautiful Indian spice collection, including Renu's own Chaat Masala blend, one of her favourites to cook with. This beautiful masala dabba is in honour of Renu's joyful book, Celebrate Diwali, but is designed to be cooked from all-year-round.Ā
About RenuĀ
Renu Bhardwaj is a British-Indian recipe creator and author specialising in budget-friendly veggie recipes. Renu works in Higher Education and shares recipes with her growing online community. Born in Manchester and now based in Scotland with her husband and two children, Renuās passion is in creating affordable, delicious meals for busy families. Her warmest childhood memories are of her motherās kitchen, the air rich with the aroma of her homemade Indian dishes.
