A spice blend created with the wonderful chef and author Renu Bhardwaj (also known as Hey_Renu on social media!), to honour her gorgeous book Celebrate Diwali. Renu's Chaat Masala is a sour, funky spice blend to add a mouthwatering kick to chaats, salads and all sorts of dishes. Chaat covers a huge range of Indian snacks, from fried and salty to creamy, yoghurt-based and salad dishes, and this spice blend is the perfect tangy finish for all of them. 

Sprinkle over samosas, pakora, crispy tofu and crunchy roast potatoes, or on creamy yoghurt dips and salads.
